About The Position

This person will assist the Assistant Aquatics Manager and the Aquatics Manager with day-to-day responsibilities. This employee may be asked to; Supervise head lifeguards and lifeguards. Work through disciplinary issues with specific staff who are struggling. Lifeguard at times. And help with other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
• Must have a current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Computer Literacy and ability to work with the public and other Legacy Center employees is required
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs and be in good general health

Nice To Haves

• 2 years of work experience in Aquatic Facility Management is preferred
• Having a LGIT and WSIT certifications are a plus
