About The Position

The Pool & Beach Server assists guests at the pool and beach facilities with food and beverage orders and requests, providing courteous and efficient service in accordance with hotel standards. The role contributes to the resort’s Forbes Five Star service standards while helping ensure guests’ safety and enjoyment. The server also maintains the cleanliness and organization of supplies, equipment, and work areas. This is a full-time, flexible AM/PM position; candidates must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights.

• Ability to perform job functions outdoors with exposure to sun, high temperatures, wind, and the ocean.
• Ability to exert physical effort transporting or handling equipment and supplies, endure frequent physical movement throughout work areas, remain standing for an entire shift, and reach, bend, and stoop.
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers and other departments as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist pool and beach guests with food and beverage orders and requests courteously and efficiently, following hotel standards.
• Help ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of supplies, equipment, and work areas.
• Communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Remain at the assigned post when specified and work collaboratively with co-workers and other departments.
