About The Position

Eden Roc Miami Beach is seeking an outgoing and friendly Bartender for its Pool & Beach team. The Bartender crafts and serves a variety of drinks, provides exceptional customer service, and helps create a memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for mixology, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and enjoys interacting with guests.

Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of bartending experience.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and drink and wine merchandising specials.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology.
• Meet the minimum age requirement of the jurisdiction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
