About The Position

The Pool Attendant welcomes and orients guests to poolside services and provides water, amenities such as cool towels, refreshments, and sunscreen, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements at the pool and surrounding areas. The role responds to guest interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve customer satisfaction. It is part of the Administrative & General Division and reports to the Pool & Beach Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. This is a physically active, casual-schedule role based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The hourly rate is $27.70.

Requirements

Six months to one year of customer service experience in a related position with Four Seasons or another organization.
Customer-service orientation, attention to detail, ability to maintain an organized workspace, and professionalism and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Hawaii Food Handler’s Card.
Tuberculosis Clearance.
Valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide pool orientation and explain services.
Help guests find suitable seating, set up chairs with towels, enter detailed guest information into the reservations system, and bring water and ice once guests are seated.
Lift, push, and carry supplies and transport linen or other items to guests in a timely manner.
Anticipate guest needs and assist with umbrellas.
Check guest satisfaction, remove used linen and trash, and clean guest areas after departure.
Offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
