The Pool Attendant at Conrad Orlando helps create an enjoyable, safe, and welcoming pool environment by delivering memorable guest experiences. This is a seasonal role for the period February 8, 2027 through September 6, 2027, requiring full-time availability, including weekends.

Requirements

• Full-time availability, including weekends, for the full seasonal period of February 8, 2027–September 6, 2027.
• A passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, accountability, urgency, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, respond promptly to requests, and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Confirm guest registration and assist with towels, chairs, umbrellas, and recreational equipment.
• Clean and maintain the pool area, including furniture, showers, cabanas, and surrounding spaces.
• Collect used towels, restock clean towels, and monitor inventory to minimize loss.
• Inspect and care for poolside equipment, including umbrellas, rafts, and speakers, to help ensure safety and functionality.
• Observe pool activity, identify potential hazards, and promptly address or report issues.
• Assist with general recreation duties and special activities as needed.
