About The Position

The Pool Attendant services and maintains the cleanliness of the pool area and provides guests with quick, efficient, and professional busser service in accordance with Omni Standards during the summer season. The role also helps maintain neat and clean property areas and supports a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.

Requirements

Able to maintain a 4-diamond level of service.
Able to work with Management on special projects.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Able to stand or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift.
Able to perform repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

Ensure the pool area is serviced throughout the day.
Keep floral arrangements and plants neat and ensure planters are free of debris.
Keep ash urns throughout the property neat and clean.
Service guest and associate elevators.
Help ensure the hotel, guests, and associates are maintained in a safe and secure environment.
Complete assigned special projects.
Report maintenance issues and other concerns.
