About The Position

QuestMark is hiring experienced polished concrete technicians and foremen to install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems. The role involves preparing surfaces for polishing by patching, repairing, and cleaning; using equipment and materials properly; complying with health and safety rules; and meeting or exceeding production targets. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town. Positions are available in Boise, Cincinnati, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas, Houston, Portland, Los Angeles, Denver, and Cleveland. Crew pay is $20–$30 per hour and foreman pay is $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience. A signing bonus is offered, and the company notes a backlog of work. Foremen receive a company phone.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial flooring experience.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
