About The Position

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring crew members and foremen for epoxy and concrete flooring work in Arlington, Texas. This is a full-time role open to entry-level candidates through experienced workers. The position pays $21–$31 per hour based on experience, plus hourly job bonuses. The posting also lists starting pay of $19 per hour and up, plus extra hourly bonuses paid by the job.

Employees install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard-surface flooring; operate heavy-duty preparation and polishing equipment; work with a crew to meet daily production targets; and prioritize safety on every job site. Candidates must be willing to travel. Foremen receive a company truck and phone.
