About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring crew members and foremen to install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring. This is a full-time position based in West Chicago, Illinois, open to entry-level through experienced candidates. The pay range is $21–$31 per hour based on experience, with additional hourly job bonuses. QuestMark describes itself as the nation’s largest self-performing flooring contractor and highlights its history since 1968, zero debt, and top-tier 5A1 Dun & Bradstreet rating. - Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring.
- Operate heavy-duty preparation and polishing equipment safely.
- Work with the crew to meet daily production targets.
