About The Position

QuestMark is hiring experienced polished concrete technicians and foremen to install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems. The role involves preparing surfaces for polishing, including patching, repairing, and cleaning; using equipment and materials properly; complying with health and safety rules; and meeting or exceeding production targets. Candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town. Positions are listed for Cincinnati, Atlanta, Nashville, Dallas, Houston, Portland, Los Angeles, Denver, and Cleveland. Crew pay is $20–$30 per hour and foreman pay is $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience, with an hourly bonus program paid by job. QuestMark is a division of CentiMark Corporation, a flooring contractor and provider of polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and exterior coatings for industrial, commercial, and retail spaces.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of commercial flooring experience.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
