About The Position

Language Trainers, an international language training company founded in 2004, is seeking a freelance Polish Teacher for a beginner student in Seattle, United States. The company specializes in customized language training for professionals and private students, operating under the motto 'Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere.' This specific role involves one-to-one, general Polish language instruction for a student with Polish heritage, aged 18-24, who is a beginner. The total course duration is 36 hours, with sessions of two hours each, held once per week. Classes are to be scheduled on any day from Monday to Thursday, after 5 pm. The lessons can take place at the teacher's home/office or the student's home near 10th Ave E, Seattle, WA. The position is freelance and part-time, with a negotiable hourly rate based on experience and qualifications. The start date is as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • Native Polish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification.
  • Experience as a language teacher, translator, or interpreter.
  • Valid work permit/visa.
  • Live within 20 miles of the specified location (10th Ave E, Seattle, WA).
