About The Position

The Poker Floorperson is responsible for seating players, providing guest services according to Wynn department standards, and making consistent, accurate floor calls. The position also involves diffusing problem situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of Poker rules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of Poker operations experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for the position.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Seat players.
• Provide guest services according to Wynn department standards.
• Make consistent, accurate floor calls.
