About The Position

The Poker Floorperson seats players and makes consistent, accurate floor calls. The role provides guest services according to Wynn department standards and is accountable for diffusing problem situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Thorough knowledge of Poker rules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English.
• Minimum of 3 years of Poker operations experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required for the position, now or in the future.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Seat players.
• Make consistent, accurate floor calls.
• Provide guest services according to Wynn department standards.
