About The Position

Provides direct services to patrons within the Main Poker section. The role monitors operations in the assigned section, supports game starts and conversions, helps ensure games remain filled, and maintains accurate collections and the integrity of games. The position also requires courteous customer service, professional conduct, and a clean assigned section. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly, warm, and courteous manner.
Ensure customers receive quality service and follow up to confirm they received the service they expected.
Ensure collections obtained by Dealers are properly and accurately recorded.
Start and convert games and provide proper documentation.
Make correct and accurate gaming decisions according to company policies.
Work closely with Board personnel to fill seats quickly and accurately.
Advertise available games in the assigned section to help keep them as full as possible.
Maintain the integrity of games and notify the Casino Shift Manager of suspicious or unusual activity.
Do not indicate that tips, tokes, or gratuities are expected for service.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
Monitor operations within the assigned section.
Maintain excellent public relations with customers.
Be aware of games breaking or converting in other sections.
Ensure the assigned section is clean.
Attend meetings on time and in full uniform, ready to work.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned by the Casino Shift Manager.
