About The Position

At Flora Food Group, we believe that sustainable growth comes from delivering fewer, better ideas with excellence. As we continue to accelerate our innovation agenda across North America, we're looking for a PMO Manager to build and embed a fit-for-purpose PMO capability that enables disciplined, high-quality execution across our innovation and portfolio programs. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. Working closely with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Quality, and Operations, you'll establish the processes, governance, and ways of working that ensure our innovation and portfolio initiatives are delivered on time, in full, and with clear accountability. As the executional backbone of the North America innovation agenda, you'll create transparency around project status, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements, helping teams move faster and make better decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building structure, driving alignment across complex organizations, and creating a PMO capability that will scale with the business.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in PMO, project management, program management, or portfolio management roles within FMCG, CPG, food, consumer goods, or similarly complex environments.
  • Proven experience establishing, improving, or scaling PMO practices and project governance frameworks.
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end innovation, portfolio, transformation, or commercialization initiatives.
  • Experience owning project reporting, dashboard management, governance processes, and portfolio data quality.
  • Strong understanding of stage-gate processes, innovation lifecycles, and launch readiness management.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across functions without direct authority.
  • Excellent project planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to build scalable and practical processes.
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills.
  • High level of accountability and ownership.
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
