The Marketing Manager – Innovation will lead and own the strategy for a three-year pipeline of innovation for the Frito Lay portfolio. A change leader and influencer, this person will build a strategic vision, set the agenda, have oversight of the innovation launch calendar and lead best in class cross functional alignment. Additionally, this individual will play a critical role in delivering our SDD agenda by leading the strategy, development and marketing commercialization of Reframe and Breakthrough innovation, with the support of one direct report. This position reports to the Marketing Director of Innovation and Away from Home for PepsiCo Foods Canada.
