About The Position

The PM Utility Worker empties and sweeps trailers so they are ready for use, picks up cardboard, and performs general warehouse cleanup. The role also includes other utility tasks as assigned by the manager. This is a full-time, regular position with shifts starting between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday; the manager may adjust shifts. Starting wage is $18.00–$20.37 per hour.

Requirements

Communicate information and ideas orally so others can understand.
Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
Have manual dexterity, multilimb coordination, near vision, and trunk strength.
Be able to read English, recognize numbers, and select the appropriate product to fill orders.
Work well with other employees to foster a respectful and professional work environment.
High school diploma or GED, or one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Riding pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick up cardboard, shrink wrap, and debris.
Clear trailers of pallets, totes, returns, and debris; sweep them thoroughly and prepare them for use.
Safely operate a pallet jack.
Use safe lifting methods for items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Hand-wrap completed pallets with shrink wrap.
Keep the work area picked up and clean for safety.
Perform general warehouse cleaning.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
