About The Position

A Dining Worker/Server with American Dining Creations delivers customer service and completes food preparation duties. The role includes greeting and serving menu items to guests from a station or serving line, and may also involve cashier assistance, kitchen and serving-area cleaning, stocking, equipment upkeep, and other related tasks.

Requirements

Able to work well with others and independently.
Time management skills and ability to stay task-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Able to lift 50 pounds, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for the entire scheduled shift.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of prior experience in a customer service, food service, or retail position.

Responsibilities

Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station.
Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
Follow health and safety guidelines, including maintaining correct serving temperatures, adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates.
Provide guests with information about food ingredients, availability, and pricing.
Perform cashier duties, which may include operating a POS and accepting payment for food and beverage purchases.
Assist with labeling and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering.
Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management.
Clean, organize, and maintain the kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
