About The Position

The PM Order Selector fills customer orders by moving specific products from warehouse storage onto pallets for packing and loading onto delivery trucks. The work takes place in a refrigerated warehouse and uses a voice pick system. The role requires building and preparing pallets, checking orders for accuracy, and reporting inventory, stocking, racking, or equipment maintenance issues to supervisors. The schedule is Sunday through Friday, starting at 5 p.m. and working until the work is done, with split days off.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment of 35–45 degrees.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize activities under pressure.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to actively engage in continuous improvement activities.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to meet pick-rate targets of 100–150 pieces per hour.
• Safety-focused work practices, including safe lifting, equipment operation, pallet stacking, and attention to detail to prevent accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders in a refrigerated warehouse using a voice pick system.
• Build pallets and prepare orders for delivery.
• Double-check orders for accuracy.
• Communicate inventory, stocking, racking, or equipment maintenance issues to supervisors.
