About The Position

The PM Janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public and common areas while meeting quality and timeliness standards. The role performs custodial work in building interiors and follows MasterCorp’s mission and values. The position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, safe working practices, and positive customer service. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high standard of excellence and cleanliness.
Clean public and common areas, including cleaning and polishing floors.
Keep storage closets clean and organized.
Accept supply deliveries as necessary.
Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
Walk assigned areas to ensure they are clean and free of trash.
Report lost and found items to the Executive Housekeeper.
Move furniture as directed.
Help maintain a safe working environment while on site.
Perform duties related to site operations as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
Maintain a sense of urgency and meet cleanliness standards in assigned areas.
Be prompt with assignments and appointments.
Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Perform inventories of supplies.
Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly.
Create strong, positive customer relations.
