About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a PM Janitor for Hilton Scottsdale Links Resort. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public and common areas while meeting quality and timeliness standards. The position performs custodial work in building interiors and requires following the company’s mission and values. The Janitor helps maintain a safe, clean environment, responds promptly to guest concerns, and supports site operations as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

Maintain a high standard of excellence.
Clean public and common areas.
Clean and polish public and common-area floors.
Keep storage closets clean and organized.
Accept supply deliveries as necessary.
Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
Walk assigned areas to ensure they are clean and free of trash.
Report lost-and-found items to the Executive Housekeeper.
Move furniture as directed.
Help ensure a safe working environment on site.
Perform duties related to site operations as directed by the Executive Housekeeper.
Maintain a sense of urgency so assigned areas meet cleanliness standards.
Be prompt with assignments and appointments.
Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
Perform inventories of supplies.
Assist in resolving guest complaints promptly.
Build strong, positive customer relations.
