About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a PM General Cleaner for commercial services in Phoenix, Arizona. The role is responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards while cleaning commercial properties and following the company’s mission and values. The position includes cleaning duties such as trash removal, floor care, dusting, restroom and kitchen cleaning, and surgical cleaning in a medical facility. The stated shift is 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Vacuum.
• Dust mop or sweep hard-surface floors.
• Wet mop hard-surface floors.
• Clean areas including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
• Dust horizontal surfaces when they have been cleared.
• Perform high dusting.
• Dust windowsills and blinds.
• Perform surgical cleaning in a medical facility.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report inventory and supplies to the Supervisor.
• Report lost and found items to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Help keep storage closets clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Use time wisely and efficiently.
