About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a General Cleaner to clean commercial properties and consistently meet quality and timeliness standards. The cleaner is expected to follow the company’s mission and values and maintain a high standard of excellence. The role may include cleaning in medical facilities, including surgical cleaning. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash receptacles.
• Vacuum.
• Dust mop or sweep hard-surface floors.
• Wet mop hard-surface floors.
• Clean units, including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
• Dust horizontal surfaces when they have been cleared.
• Perform high dusting.
• Dust windowsills and blinds.
• Perform surgical cleaning in a medical facility.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report inventory and supply needs to the Supervisor.
• Report lost and found items to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Help keep storage closets clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Use time wisely and efficiently.
