About The Position

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring a General Cleaner to clean commercial properties while consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards and following the company’s mission and values. The role includes cleaning restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, and a medical facility using surgical cleaning procedures. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. The position is available full-time or part-time, with starting pay of $16 per hour. Training is paid, and the company offers a benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Vacuum.
• Dust mop or sweep hard-surface floors.
• Wet mop hard-surface floors.
• Clean areas including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies.
• Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
• Dust cleared horizontal surfaces, windowsills, and blinds, and perform high dusting.
• Perform surgical cleaning in a medical facility.
• Report unit maintenance issues according to company procedure.
• Report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens.
• Report inventory and supply needs to the Supervisor.
• Report lost and found items to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Help keep storage closets clean and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office.
• Use supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Use time wisely and efficiently.
