About The Position

The PM Food Server provides professional, efficient, and friendly service to every guest at Crust & Cork in the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront. The role includes keeping tables and chairs neat and orderly, describing menu items and preparation methods, and accommodating guests’ special food requirements within company policy. Servers perform assigned side work and other necessary duties as requested. On-the-job training is available for applicants with a stable job history. The position is offered part-time and full-time, and requires schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays as needed.

The compensation structure is a fixed base cash wage of $4.00 per hour plus customer tips, with expected total hourly earnings of $20.00–$35.00 including tips. If combined cash wages and tips fall below Virginia’s stated minimum wage of $12.77 per hour in a workweek, the employer will pay the difference.

• A commensurate or transferable skill set is of primary importance.
• Maintain a good attitude and work ethic to support operating efficiency and established guest-satisfaction criteria.
• Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
