Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment.
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation.
• Promptly clear spills and keep equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean to maintain kitchen safety.
• Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed, and keep the wash area organized.
• Assist with special and deep-cleaning projects as required.
