About The Position

The PM Bistro Attendant serves food and beverages to customers and helps ensure a positive guest and colleague experience. The role includes preparing Bistro fare and alcoholic beverages, operating the cash register, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and supporting other hotel services as needed. Compensation is $16.50 per hour, plus possible tips. Comprehensive benefit packages are available for full-time positions.

Requirements

1 to 3 months of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with colleagues.

Responsibilities

Assist with Bistro setup and closing using provided checklists.
Enter orders into the cash register and collect accurate payment.
Prepare and serve Bistro fare and alcoholic beverages.
Prepare coffee and specialized coffee drinks, including café lattes and cappuccinos, by brewing espresso and steaming milk.
Follow food safety and handling procedures, including product rotation, dating, labeling, and cleaning.
Complete the daily inventory prep sheet.
Maintain the cleanliness of the Bistro and surrounding areas.
Complete bussing and sidework responsibilities.
Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed.
Stock and replenish inventory displays for guest purchase.
Assist with meeting room setup and service as needed.
Provide safe transportation to guests using the hotel shuttle vehicle as needed.
