About The Position

1-Hour Drain is hiring skilled and dependable Plumbing Technicians to serve the multifamily industry and help keep people comfortable in their homes and businesses. The role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, performing preventative maintenance, installing equipment, and providing excellent customer service. Technicians work independently and as part of a team. Candidates must submit a current resume to be considered.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the plumbing field.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
• Comfort using timekeeping software to clock in and out from various locations and add job-specific notes.
• Comfort using job management software to update progress, review scopes, and upload photos.
• Comfort using email.
• A current resume is required for consideration.
