Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in the HVAC field.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
EPA license required for HVAC.
Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Comfort using software for timekeeping, job management, and email communication, including clocking in and out from various locations, adding job-specific notes, updating job progress, reviewing scopes, and uploading photos.
