They also safely operate a combination motor vehicle weighing 10,001 to 26,000 pounds and must hold a valid driver’s license or certification.

Exterior Services Lead Landscape Technicians lead a team of exterior service technicians and partner with them to deliver service and customer satisfaction. They use commercial landscaping and exterior building and grounds maintenance expertise to maintain safe, clean exterior spaces.

Requirements

• Experience in landscaping, agriculture, lawn care, general maintenance, or a related field for Landscape Technician roles.
• Enjoy working outdoors in extreme weather conditions, including heat and cold, and performing physical labor.
• Experience operating and maintaining pressure-washing equipment.
• Experience with irrigation systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• For Landscape Crew Driver Technician roles: be at least 21 years old; hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least three years with a clean driving record; pass a Motor Vehicle Record report and a road test for the combination truck and trailer; and obtain any required state licensing or endorsements.
• For Lead Landscape Technician roles: be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• For Lead Landscape Technician roles: have two years of experience in commercial landscaping or exterior building maintenance and leading teams.
• For Lead Landscape Technician roles: hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• For Lead Landscape Technician roles: have no DUI, DWI, or OUI conviction, or reckless-driving conviction involving alcohol or drugs, within the last three years.
• For Lead Landscape Technician roles involving commercial motor vehicle driving: have no more than two moving violations in the last three years, no serious traffic violations as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations in the last three years, and no preventable accidents as defined by those regulations in the last three years.
• For Lead Landscape Technician roles: successfully complete a DOT physical and obtain medical certification within 90 days of hire.
• For Lead Landscape Technician roles: be able to read and speak English, as required by section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

Responsibilities
