About The Position
SupplyHouse.com is hiring for its OH Fulfillment Center leadership team in Canal Winchester, Ohio. The event is recruiting for three supervisor roles: Outbound Supervisor, Packing Supervisor, and Receiving Supervisor. These leaders work closely with fulfillment leadership, Customer Service, and cross-functional partners to identify process improvements, increase operational efficiency, and support departmental performance goals. The positions are suited to people who enjoy leading and developing teams and improving fulfillment processes that contribute to a seamless customer experience. The roles are full-time and exempt, based at a 530,000-square-foot fulfillment center at 6085 Winchester Pike, Canal Winchester, OH 43110. Schedules vary by position: Outbound Supervisor generally works Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ET, while overseeing an operation that runs 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.; Packing Supervisor generally works Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.; and Receiving Supervisor generally works Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Operational demands during peak and seasonal periods may require additional hours, and leaders are expected to maintain a flexible schedule and adjust their hours to support the business and their teams. The expected starting salary is $65,400 to $81,750, within a full annual position range of $65,400 to $98,100. Starting pay is generally in the minimum-to-middle portion of the range, based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity; new hires rarely start above the midpoint.
