About The Position

Walmart is hiring Custodians for its Home Office Campus in Bentonville, Arkansas. The role is part of a custodial team responsible for maintaining clean and safe facilities and providing welcoming, sanitary spaces for Walmart associates. Areas served include offices, conference rooms, restrooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots, and other campus spaces. The position is onsite, and schedules may change based on business needs. Available schedules are Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday, with either a 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. shift or a 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. shift.

Requirements

• Commercial custodial or janitorial experience, or experience in a related field.
• Available to work one of the listed shifts: Wednesday–Sunday or Saturday–Wednesday, either 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
• Able to work onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
