About The Position

Walker Plumbing Heating & Air is seeking an experienced, driven Service Plumber to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service that supports customer satisfaction, system functionality, and safety, while representing the company honestly, efficiently, and professionally. Requirements

2–5 years of plumbing service experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of plumbing systems.
Clear customer communication and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage time, take responsibility, and complete work to a high standard without constant oversight.
Ability to cooperate with colleagues and follow safety protocols.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman license preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems.
Perform routine plumbing service, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Communicate clearly and honestly with customers about plumbing issues and solutions.
Complete service tickets and documentation accurately and attentively.
Follow local plumbing codes and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
Stay current with industry practices and technologies through training and education.
Use strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, time-management, and accountability skills while working with colleagues and promoting jobsite safety.
