About The Position

The Plumbing Service Technician installs, repairs, and maintains pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. The role provides residential customers with services ranging from faucet repairs to water heater installations and plumbing system replacements, while maintaining a high level of customer service. The position is located in Richmond Hill, Georgia, and follows a Monday-through-Friday schedule with rotating weekends. Pay is $70,000 to $120,000, with uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

Previous plumbing experience as an apprentice, journeyman, or equivalent is preferred.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.

SERVICE TITAN experience.
Trade school education or certification.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance services in residential and/or commercial settings.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues accurately and efficiently.
Install and repair piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and related components.
Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and company procedures.
Document work performed and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
