Requirements

Current Washington State PL01, PL02, or PL04 License
Minimum of 2 years of Service Plumbing experience
Strong residential plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
ServiceTitan Experience
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (THC excluded)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues
Install, maintain, and service plumbing systems and fixtures
Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes
Respond promptly to service and emergency repair calls
Maintain a safe work environment and follow industry regulations
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate repair recommendations clearly
Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan software
Represent Springer Plumbing with professionalism at every customer interaction
