About The Position

As a Plumbing Project Manager, you must have the capabilities to accurately assess service-related issues for our commercial and industrial customers. You must have a strong skill set with regards to plumbing design, accurately estimating plumbing jobs, negotiating skills, job cost analysis, and understanding plumbing code. Computer skills are a must (Excel, Word, Outlook at a minimum). Above average skills in the following areas are required – math, organization, communication, problem solving, and multi-level people skills. Above average knowledge of blueprint reading, understanding of job specifications and contracts, and job planning. As a Plumbing Service Project Manager you are required to have strong written and verbal English communication skills as well as public relations skills sufficient to converse clearly and effectively with customers, property owners, architects, engineers, team members, labor supervision, and general labor.
