Plumbing Install Apprentice
About The Position
EJ Home Services is a residential service company specializing in plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, serving Santa Clara and the surrounding Bay Area since 2006. The Plumbing Install Apprentice works on residential plumbing systems, diagnosing and repairing issues such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures, and installing and maintaining pipes, faucets, and other plumbing components. Work must comply with local plumbing codes and safety standards. The role includes conducting safety and performance tests, completing detailed service reports, and communicating clearly and courteously with homeowners about system status and service solutions. Customer service is emphasized. Daily duties also include collecting payments, providing accurate information about each home and service situation, and maintaining truck inventory. Employees are dispatched directly from home and receive a work vehicle. The company can assist with licensing for candidates who have field experience but do not currently hold a license. The position offers hourly compensation with bonus incentives, paid training, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
