About The Position

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing and drain issues and offer cost estimates to customers.
• Make necessary repairs for customers.
• Document estimates and invoices in writing and on a provided smartphone.
• Collect payment and proceed to the next service call.
• Provide effective solutions for plumbing and drain issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
