About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Plumber to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on keeping water and drain systems functioning efficiently and safely, and compliant with local building codes. The plumber uses technical skills and construction experience to deliver quality results for clients’ homes, including residential remodels.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
Knowledge of local building codes related to residential water systems and plumbing standards.
Physical ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in remodeling environments.
Strong communication and customer service skills.

Three or more years of plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing issues, cable drain systems, and perform hydroscrubbing.
Install and upgrade plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drain-waste-vent systems, and fixtures in residential remodels.
Use hand tools, power tools, pipe-threading equipment, and appropriate techniques to complete installations and repairs.
Conduct plumbing inspections and locate issues using cameras and other diagnostic tools to assess system integrity.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing systems to optimize performance and prevent future issues.
