Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma, a GED or equivalent experience.
- Basic mathematical skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience.
- Previous computer experience.
Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry of Players Club members.
- Assist guests in the formal application process by explaining the benefits of being a member.
- Assist the promotions department with current promotions.
- Set up new accounts.
- Issue comps for current promotional days and prize redemption.
- Greet and inform all guests of all benefits of the Player’s Club program.
- Opening/closing booth and related tasks.
- Perform data entry/processing duplicate account information.
