About The Position

Under general direction of the Players Club Manager, supervises the operations of the Player’s Club to ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded. Ensures Player’s Club operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and all duties are executed in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
