The Platform Support Associate provides advanced support for assigned business processes and applications used by Huntington Technology Finance and Huntington Vendor Finance. This role involves maintaining, monitoring, and updating systems, researching and resolving moderately complex issues, and identifying process improvements. The associate will also provide technical and functional support to business users, act as a liaison between users and vendors, and contribute to training and projects. Collaboration with the Development Team on process clarification, use cases, and testing is essential, as is participation in daily stand-ups and backlog refinement. The role requires monitoring and managing inquiries, enhancement requests, and production support tickets, providing clear updates to stakeholders, and communicating system needs and defects to the Development Team. Support for system testing in Oracle and Apollo, including reviewing requirements and executing test scripts, is also a key responsibility.
