About The Position

Rainier Pure Beef is seeking dependable, detail-oriented team members for its overnight sanitation crew. The role cleans and sanitizes production equipment and processing areas to maintain food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The schedule is 8:00 PM–6:00 AM, six days per week, with a rotating day off.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including standing, bending, and lifting around industrial equipment.
Ability to work the overnight shift from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous sanitation, food processing, manufacturing, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Experience working with cleaning chemicals and sanitation procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize production rooms, equipment, tools, and food-contact surfaces according to company and USDA standards.
Disassemble and reassemble processing equipment for thorough cleaning.
Perform cleaning and sanitation procedures using approved chemicals, tools, and equipment.
Remove waste and maintain a clean, organized work environment throughout the facility.
Complete sanitation documentation and checklists accurately.
Identify and report equipment issues, safety hazards, or sanitation concerns.
Follow company safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Work with team members to complete sanitation tasks within production schedules.
