About The Position

Fort McCoy Meat LLC is seeking a full-time Sanitation Worker to help maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout its meat production facility in Fort McCoy, Florida. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces, disposing of waste, and following safety protocols to support the production of safe food products. The position works with a team to meet daily sanitation targets and maintain high cleanliness standards. Training and support are provided by experienced colleagues. The schedule is Sunday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Saturdays may vary based on business needs. The position is onsite, with expected pay of $17 per hour.

Requirements

Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
Strong time management skills to meet daily sanitation targets.
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and use cleaning equipment and chemical solutions.
Familiarity with general cleaning practices and procedures and an understanding of safety protocols is highly valued.
