About The Position
Keep production assets running through planned maintenance and rapid response troubleshooting. Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults. Service conveyors, presses, CNC machines, and automated lines. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and OEM manuals to execute accurate repairs. Support new equipment installs, upgrades, and commissioning activities. Document all work within maintenance logs and CMMS/records.
Requirements
- 2+ years in industrial maintenance; manufacturing exposure preferred
- Proven mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Hands-on with motors and drives
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge
- Comfort using hand, power, and precision measuring tools
- Thrives in a fast-paced production setting
Nice To Haves
- PLC familiarity is a plus
- Welding/fab is a bonus
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.)
- Experience with robotics/automation
- Electrical certifications or technical school training
