What You’ll Do Install, maintain, and repair in-line manufacturing equipment across optical processing operations. Diagnose issues using meters and standard electronic test tools; interpret drawings, schematics, diagrams, prints, specs, manuals, and both written and verbal instructions. Replace failed parts, validate fixes, and return assets to service with minimal downtime. Author and update SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance standards. Inspect and service production/support assets leveraging mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum technologies. Guide and train peers; provide hands-on direction to individuals or small groups. All work is performed to established standards and in alignment with company policies and procedures, with regular, punctual attendance, openness to overtime, and flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.
