Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician Picture your day: you start by reviewing the CMMS backlog and yesterday’s history, then lace up for a hands-on tour of our production lines. You’ll stabilize equipment, fine-tune controls, and keep uptime high—moving seamlessly from preventative care to smart, timely break-fix work. What you’ll do Execute entry- to mid-level corrective and preventive maintenance to sustain and improve operations. Adjust control instruments and functional components; repair or replace worn or defective parts; recondition and repair machine tools. Identify and requisition required parts, supplies, and repair materials. Back up fellow maintenance teammates as directed by leadership and model Maintenance Industry Standards. Champion 5S and housekeeping; participate in CI efforts focused on process, results, and cost savings. Set up and run basic machining operations (lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools) to fabricate or repair parts; perform basic welding as needed. Update records and review CMMS histories to inform future maintenance actions. Troubleshoot basic control systems circuitry to swiftly restore function. Pursue self-directed technical learning to advance your career. Follow all safety rules, policies, regulations, and technical instructions; maintain strong situational awareness and call out unsafe conditions or behaviors.
