About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role supports daily plant operations by maintaining accurate production, inventory, and ticketing records. It involves coordinating with plant leadership and drivers for scheduling and dispatching, processing invoices and purchase orders, and supporting compliance efforts through report organization. The position also provides administrative support to plant teams and customers.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate production, inventory, and ticketing records to support daily plant operations
  • Coordinate with plant leadership and drivers to ensure smooth scheduling and dispatching
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation with a high level of accuracy
  • Support compliance efforts by organizing and updating required reports and files
  • Provide responsive administrative support to plant teams and customers
