About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining accurate production, inventory, and ticketing records to support daily plant operations. The Plant Clerk II will coordinate with plant leadership and drivers to ensure smooth scheduling and dispatching, process invoices and purchase orders with a high level of accuracy, and support compliance efforts by organizing and updating required reports and files. Additionally, the position provides responsive administrative support to plant teams and customers.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Clear and professional communication skills across teams and customer interactions
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools
