This role is based onsite five days a week at Cargill's Egg Facility in Big Lake, Minnesota. The Plant Administrative Assistant will provide moderately complex, varied to routine administrative and clerical support. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions. This role will provide support to both salaried and hourly stakeholders at the egg processing facility in Big Lake, Minnesota and coordinate support work at the other egg processing facilities in Minnesota and Michigan. You will work closely with the supply chain and procurement function as well as finance teams.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Previous SAP experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing setting
  • Previous timecard management or payroll systems experience

Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of department operations and infrastructure, policies and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative processes.
  • Responsibilities to include timecard management through UKG and purchasing of plant supplies through SAP.
  • Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately complex data entry into one or more systems.
  • Receive and relay messages and respond to varied and routine administrative requests.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, diaries and travel arrangements.
  • Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
